Information technology is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skillful and competent. Job responsibilities: » Lead and supervise IPQC team and ensure product compliance as per set standard. » Lead ISO process, continuous improvement and quality assurance projects. » Improve product consistency. » Communicate and work with all levels of the organization. Manage a large multi-function program or a set of projects. Interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers. » Responsibility for quality assurance efforts for assigned areas. » Achieve maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value. » Develop and execute appropriate business plans/multi-generation product plans to identify trends, opportunities for marketplace advantage and new ideas for products, processes and services. Direct quality assurance activities. » Train and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated. Ensure Performance Management System is up to date and regular feedback is provided to staff members. » Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed. » Drive achievement of Quality Objective, Quality Policy and Departmental Objective through communicate understood and implement. Requirements: » Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. » At least 3 years of working practice in Quality Management » Well verse and hands on practice on ISO9001 & ISO14001, IATF16949:2016 quality management system. » Willing to work Telok Gong, Port Klang » Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm Interested candidates please send your resumeor call us at 017-7679688.
