Job Descriptionparticular responsibilities• practice from Debt Collection industry. • Work closely with the Compliance Manager to establish an appropriate compliance culture. • Assist Compliance Manager in the execution of an action plan that will ensure that the organization complies with regulations and laws; • Creation of file-physical & system; • To assist Compliance Manager for onboarding of new joiners including collecting the significant declaration forms and conducting the new joiner training; • Collecting and verifying customer information, including personal details and identification documents; • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for customer identification; • Monitoring compliance activities to ensure they comply with the necessary guidelines/restrictions as well as internal policies; • Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements; • Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues; • Well versed with Microsoft Office • Able to work (Include Sat) • Team work oriented and can work under pressure • Fresh graduates can apply.
