Job Descriptionlisting title: SITE manager - INTERIOR DESIGNResponsibilities : » Conduct preliminary site protection work . » Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to address defects and maintenance issues promptly. » Collaborate with designers to resolve technical challenges and optimize project results. » Participate in joint inspections with clients and designers during project handover ceremonies. » Communicate project updates and progress with sales designers and report to the management. »Compile and analyze project data to prepare comprehensive reports for management. Requirements : » Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field »Excellent organizational expertise and the capability to multitask. »Strong sense of responsibilities , highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude. » At least 2 Year(s) of significant working practice in the design and renovation industry. » Basic tools & equipment expertise for installation work. » Willing to lgain and improve time to time. » Possess own transport.
