Talentbank is a Malaysian based career discovery centre focused in producing career-ready candidates of all disciplines by providing them with a wide range of masterclass-level workshops and soft-skills-building community activities, and helping them kick-start their careers by connecting them with industry leaders that welcome prime talent.

In line with our drive to empower candidates as well as bridge the gap between employers and candidates, we coordinate the recruitment groundwork to a T as well as offer CV composition/writing services and pre-screening services prior to job matching.

Following the completion of our courses, candidates are then vetted further, and ranked accordingly before we employ our magnum opus, our new-gen Head Hunting approach to secure job placements for our candidates. To further enhance the chances of a job placement, candidates will have the opportunity to tenfold their chances of securing a placement during HR Days where HR teams from industries of all disciplines conduct interview sessions.
