As a Customer Support Representative , you will deliver customer service to the clients of a Fortune Global 500 company, also listed in Forbes Global 2000, specializing in oilfield services. You are also expected to:

KEY Job responsibilities:
    Assist customer concerns who are speaking in English, Indonesian (Bahasa) or Mandarin | Cantonese ;
    Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues;
     Adhere to client-defined processes and procedures and company policies;
    Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availcapability and quality requirements;
    Meet pre-determined targets; and
    Ensure proper documentation of activities in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests and actions taken.

MINIMUM Appropriate qualifications:
    Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Passed 12 STD
    Work practice in customer service or any other related industry
    Excellent  English, Indonesian (Bahasa) or Mandarin | Cantonese written and speaking communication expertise
    Working expertise on computers
    Good customer service and problem solving expertise
