Job Offer: Operations Trainer - Vietnamese Literate:Job description:JOB DESCRIPTIONThe function of a Trainer is to provide training and coaching support across a wide variety of skills including initial job skills, technical and systems training, call-handling skills and management and development training. The function will require prosperous candidates to lead the enhancement of the customer and employee practice through the provision of exceptional training and development.» Design effective training programs » Prepare training materials » Conduct training and refreshers » Support and mentor new employees » Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement » Monitor, analyse & audit trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends » Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA. A. Minimum Education Requirement • Degree in any discipline B. Minimum significant Work practice • 3 years customer service practice with minimum 2 years training practice C. Minimum Training Required • Fast learner and independent D. Skills • Minimum bi-lingual proficiency, tri-lingual and above is preferred. • Language proficiency in Vietnam and English is mandatory E.
