Job Opportunity: Principal Electrical Hardware Design Engineer (Singapore):Job description:JOB DESCRIPTION- Semiconductor equipment (Motion Control Of High Speed Machine practice is required)- Up to SGD 8,000 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : » Reporting to Senior Motion Control Manager » To determine all hardware requirements located on engineering design criteria. » To provide solutions to overcome motion control challenges in improving machine performance specs. » To prepare design practiccapability and assure that product designs are competitive while working within the scope of the program schedule. » To support existing products to further improve relicapability while maintaining competitiveness. » To conduct testing and analysis using interferometers, accelerometers, and other measuring tools to evaluate the performance of motion control systems. » To generate reports and communicate performance results of hardware engineering tests. » To establish motion control hardware design guidelines and design rules. » To document all proven component & design concepts and applications » To support product Alpha/ beta site testing » Facilitate technology transfer to Product groups JOB Requirements: » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. » Preferably 5- 8 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. » Required skill : Electrical CAD software » Must be willing to work in Singapore » Well verse in control theory and direct involvement in motion control modelling of high speed machines. » Exp. working in control system application (PID Controller for positions, speed control of AC/DC Motors ; Stepper Motors) » Invovement in Programming for simulations (MATLAB , MATHCAD, SPICE) » expertise in bode plot - Identify poles and zeros of order systems. » Involvement in power electronics circuit & electrical switch and distribution board design. » Preferably candidate with managerial skill / leadership abilities skill. » Specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent. » Full-Time position(s) available.
