JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities:• Identify and handle customer incoming inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer (phone, email & live chat).
• Educate the customer about the organization's products and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help
• Answer inbound calls from customer
• Service request and feedback
• Explaining products and services
• Adhere to work schedule as planned.
 
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level, any field.
• Verbal and written communication expertise in English, Chinese & Cantonese.
• Computer savvy.
• Candidate should be able to multitask, possess good problem solving expertise and demonstrate a positive and service orientated attitude.
• Pleasant, friendly with a service oriented attitude.
• Applicant must be able to work in SHIFT ROTATION / NIGHT SHIFT.
• Open to Malaysian citizens only.
• Fresh Graduates / Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• candidates must be willing to work Sri Petaling Area.
• Preferably Chinese   Speaking candidate.
• Full-Time positions available.
 
Working Days & Hours:
• 5 working days in a week.
• 2 days off in a week (not fixed on weekend).
• 8 hours or working (daily).
• 3 shift work rotations.
