We are currently seeking an Administrative Executive whom will is a critical member of the support staff and provides personalized secretarial and organized administrative support as needed to the executive in a professional and timely manner. The Administrative Executive works one-to-one with the other employees on a wide variety of matters. The candidate must be flexible, and organized to meet the demands of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a cheery disposition, impeccable organizational expertise and prior practice in an administrative function.
Core Responsibilities
   » Creation of PO to suppliers
   » Update details of POs in Promotion calendar (on going)
   » DBKL Licence application for all the promotion event/POP up, clearance sale.
   » Product shooting – coordination between marketing media on the products to be featured in the magazine
   » Printing of press release and burn CD to be arranged to be sent to media
   » Coordination on FD  (once in every 2 months)
   » Key in customer profile card
   » Voucher printing and cutting
   » Monitoring on Tester Slip/Blotter
   » Assist in Marketing Report
   » Room and refreshment preparation for Principal visit
   » Key in by line report when required
   » Replace Front Office when required
   » Participate Pop up/Corporate sale/Press Event Warehouse stock take when required
   » Perform other related marketing/administration tasks as required

Job Specifications
You are our dream come true if you…
   » Have a Bachelor's Degree and equivalent combination of significant education and work practice that will allow prosperous performance of job expectations
   » Have at least two (2) years of practice as an Administrative adjunct or in any other secretarial position
   » Have broad expertise of office management systems and procedures and  expertiseable in today’s office technology, and computer software
   » Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication expertise to drive tasks to completion
   » Have the capability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
   » Have demonstrated fluency in English and Mandarin
