Business Continuity Manager
The Business Continuity Manager works with a team of Business Continuity Management (BCM) professionals in the management of the Bank's BCM program. The BCM Manager will work with various business units to ensure effective business continuity planning, training, testing and attestation. The incumbent will also be a key member during incidents and crisis events, working closely with the Physical Security Management team in the formulation of appropriate responses, mitigation of impact arising from such contingencies and providing support to the Crisis Management Team.
    Manage the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the Bank's BCM program;
    Provide internal consultative/advisory services to business units on all BCM matters;
    contact with external parties to review the adequacy of key service providers' recovery plans, when necessary;
    Coordinate and conduct regular business recovery exercises to validate the recovery strategies of business units on;
    Manage and maintain recovery resources and equipment;
    Work as part of the Corporate Security team to provide support in the event of a crisis incident when necessary;
    Pro-actively identify areas of improvement for the BCM program and drive the improvement plans; and
    Take on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications
    Minimum 2 years' practice in a BCM related function, preferable in a financial institution;
    Strong interpersonal expertise, capability to maintain strong relationships within the team and with business partners;
    Excellent oral / written communication and presentation expertise;
    High degree of proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e Excel, Word)
    Sound grounding in risk assessment and internal control best practices will be an advantage.
    Additional professional qualifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional, similar qualifications will be a plus.
