Requirements:
    Min Diploma or Degree in HR or its equivalent.
    Minimum 3 years' practice in handling human resource general functions.
    Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of staff.
    Multi tasking, strong analytical, business minded?and reasoning skill.
    practice in handling Domestic Inquires and day to day IR issues.
    Pro-active in thinking and approach, take initiatives to complete tasks timely.
    Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
    A team player with strong organization skill.
    High level of integrity, able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    Good expertise of Malaysian Labor Laws.
    Proficient in all standard MS Office application
    Good command in BM & English
Job responsibilities:
    Act as HR Generalist in full spectrum of HR function including Compensation & Benefits, Staff Recruitment, Performance Management, Industrial Relation, Training & Development.
    Monitoring and administering employees' performance development plan, appraisal process and procedures.
    Processes change in employee status, pay, benefits, etc. by collecting completed forms, getting correct approval signatures, ensuring data is complete, entering data onto HRMS, and sending to affected departments in a timely fashion.
    Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies, systems and standard operating procedures.
    Assist in organizing staff activities
    Responsible for the update and monitor of the employee attendance records, overtime records and leave management.
    Responsible for the timely and accurate statutory compliance to the statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, earnings Tax etc.
    Handle issue relating to Expatriate and foreign worker
    Undertake ad hoc HR projects assigned
    Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;?candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
    Identify training requirement by conducting training needs analysis. Assess the training needs and prepare staffs for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
    Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
    Coordinate recruitment process, which include sourcing, interview and selection are timely fulfilled according to the operational needs.
    Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
    Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and HOD's.
