About the function
We seek a well-rounded and dynamic individual to join our GAS Projects team as a Specialist HR Strategic Planning. this function directly supports the HR function with respect to delivery of high-quality information and analysis that underpins the HR function 1 YR Integrated Plan. 
this function demands strong project management expertise and an capability to effectively engage the HRBP Value Managers and the functional planning network to maintain and communicate the plan.

    GAS Centre Performance team Core Accountabilities
    Build rapport with the Heads of HR across Minerals Australia and Asia to be a trusted advisor on strategic planning opportunities both within each asset and across the region.
    Attend leadership abilities meetings across the region to reinforce knowledge of current challenges in Human Resources Team to support leadership abilities engagement and coaching around strategy and planning opportunities.
    Coach, support and connect Planning Network Representatives across the assets and specialist sub-functions to broker relationship building and stakeholder engagement opportunities to enable more effective and efficient initiative planning located on the utilization of the integrated plan.
    Create the HR Plan as the key liaison from the Strategic Planning Team, partnering with sub-function planning network representatives to obtain accurate and timely inputs to the plan in order to enable significant planning analysis for HR leadership abilities consideration.
    Prepare materials for routine HRLT review of the integrated global HR Plan, completing analysis and offering recommendations to address potential concerns.
    Supports the annual planning process, including management reviews as well as coordination of the HR 5YR Plan, 2YR Budget and 1 YR Integrated Plan.
    Produce high-quality presentations, papers, and other materials as needed for internal stakeholders.
    Ensure alignment with and compliance to Our Requirements significant to the area of responsibility.
    Establishes effective communication channels to encourage collaboration and new ideas within the HR function and other A&I sub-functions teams.
    Performs end-to-end detailed analysis of process, data, organisation design and system effectiveness to identify inefficiencies in the execution of work, diagnose functional and cross-functional business problems and identify continuous improvement opportunities. 
About You
Minimum practice
    Bachelor's degree required, Human Resources or Finance practice preferred
    7+ years of practice in and/or a strong knowledge of other HR and/or Finance sub functions, to enable an integrated/holistic view of the function
    capability to build relationships and work collaboratively across a diverse cultural and geographic landscape
    Flexible with working across different time zones expertise and Competencies
    Works well independent of direct supervision
    capability to build and maintain effective working relationships
    Excellent communicational expertise
    Technology Savvy
    Data Management, Analytical, & Organising expertise

    Risk Management
    Build trustful relationships Qualifications
    Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology. Languages
    Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
