Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

    Provide Record to Report transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a everyday basis supporting APAC countries located on language specialization 
    Process Standard Monthly Journal
    Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation
    Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review
    Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met.
    Work with Global Process Owner to standardize R2R activities
    Perform other tasks as and when delegated, including job rotation to other functional teams as and when required.
    Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation
    Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead
    Ensure compliance to policies, local company legal and statutory requirements
    Assist and support the Team Leads in the implementation of project initiatives e.g. CERPs,
    Execute work in conformity with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
    Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
    Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner.
    Identify, recommend and implement solutions in consultation with Team Leads for continuous improvement opportunities.
    Update changes to SOP documentation when required.
    Assist in the preparation of training materials when required.
    Support new and existing team members through proper expertise transfer; sharing of resource, expertise and practice and best practice thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition.
    Manage end to end accounting work, including FA, IC and Closing and Reporting.
    Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements 
Requirements 
    At least 2 - 4 year(s) of working practice finance and accounting field 
    Preferably practiced Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
    Language requiremnt is a must 
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
