JOB DESCRIPTION

Key function & Job responsibilities:
   »Revenue Performance – Data Analytics
   » Maintain historical business, customer and product bookings and billings data analysis.
   » Prepare internal reports on trends, business status and analysis for various stakeholders (Sales, BU and Finance), this could involve slides presentation packages
   » EIS Revenue Portal maintenance  
 
   »Sales Forecast for Revenue Target Setting
   » Support sales/BU on yearly bottoms up sales forecast works involving data compilation, validation and organizing data for different formats/dimensions
   » Support AOP Revenue Target roll out plan to Sales
   » Collate and maintain specific product forecasts to support business reporting/planning
   » Support quarterly revenue performance tracking in multiple dimensions by sales region by BU
 
   »Sales Incentive Computation – Internal & External Sales
 
   » Support monthly sales commissionable billing compilation, validation and analysis leading to sales commission payout to internal and external sales
   » Support work with FA/HR on Sales Incentive Program and Salesperson Revenue Target roll out plan to Sales
   »Sales Agent Support & Management
   » Support Sales in Sales Reps and Distributors appointment and contract preparation. This includes facilitate review and approval amongst stakeholders leading to sales agent appointment and contract in place.
   » Facilitation of annual compliance certification (FCPA) activities of Sales Rep and Distributors
   » Maintain record of sales agents status
   » Support tracking of sales agent performance (mainly revenue related)
 
   »Others
   » Maintain Historical Billing Data in multiple dimensions in defined format and flexible for various trending or analytical purpose.
   » Reconcile business status reports to financial reporting. Identify and analysis gaps to ensure both reports are aligned correctly
   » Other tasks, responsibilities, initiatives / projects as assigned from time to time that are significant to BA function.
Requirements
   » Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Business Admin or significant field of studies;
   » Minimum 5 years of significant working practice in business analysis or related field;
   » Data gathering, organizing, and analysis with attention to detail and accuracy. expertise of customer base, product base and business dynamics;
   » Good data analysis practice using MS Access, Excel, Power Point or equivalent tools.practice in Data/Database Management (Cognos/BI) or similar strongly preferred;
   » Able to execute data-intensive activities including database creation and administration, macro creation, data extraction from ERP systems (Oracle/Cognos), importing data and running reports;
   » Strong analytical skills, capability to work independently and resourceful;
   » Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
   » capability to work as a team, provide support and cooperation among peers and superior;
   » Able to work in fast paced driven environment and are expected to work under pressure with the capability to resolve work issues, prioritize tasks and resilient to changes
