Customer Service cum Admin adjunct (Logistics):

Job description:


    To contact with all clients of Store and Send Logistics as well as answering inquiries from customers of these clients.
    This includes handling of all inquiries via phone call or email via helpdesk. This would include, but not limited to: Answering general inquiries, customer’s complaints on deliveries & warranties as well as liaising with logistics colleagues, both inbound and outbound deliveries.
    Handle day to day administrative tasks such as processing claim forms from clients and sending inbound delivery reports to them. 
    To be able to handle ad hoc reporting whenever the necessity to report certain issues.  
    Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
    At least 2 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably be able to start immediately.
    Strong command in English and fluent Mandarin speaking.
    Has to possess competence in handling emails via a help desk (training will be provided) and able to receive calls in a friendly manner with basic phone etiquette.
    Possesses strong problem solving expertise and able to work independently with minimal supervision after basic training is provided.
    Able to see issues from customer’s perspective and have a availability to settle them promptly.
    A strong interest or practice in the logistics field is preferred.
    practice with administrative tasks in this field will be an added advantage
    candidates must be willing to work in Puchong.
