Job Opportunity: Community Operations Specialist (Mongolian Speaking):

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
    Assist our online community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
    Be aware of the client’s products and community standards.
    Investigate and resolve issues that are reported such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
    Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
    Use market specific expertise, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
    Gather, analyze and utilize significant data to develop ways to improve the overall user practice on the site.
    Enforce the client’s Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
    Recognise trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team Job Requirements
    Min. 1-year prior Operations practice in shared services, Business Process Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process management environment.
    High affinity and cultural consciousness of political/social situation regarding the significant market/region.
    Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy.
    capability to make well balanced decisions and personally drive to be an effective advocate for the community.
    Display a strong bias to doing what’s right for the community in supporting the client’s mission.
