JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Job responsibilities:
    Handle all functions relating to office cleanliness, stationery, incoming calls, incoming mails, couriers and etc.
    Perform HR related tasks at the Administrative level and carry out responsibilities in some of following functional areas: payroll, benefits, new hire orientation, employment, labour relations, leave administration.
    Assist in Recruitment matters.
    Monitor and follow up on employees confirmation and performance evaluation/ appraisal.
    Keep accurate records of employee’s attendance, leave and welfare.
    Handling general HR and administration tasks.
    Giving support to the operations.
    Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior form time to time.  
Requirements: 
    Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
    At least 1 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Required Skill(s): Good Follow-Up, Computer Literate, Microsoft Office, Good Time Management
    Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
