Job Purpose :
To assist adjunct Manager, Manager, and other colleagues in performing day to day task in relation to Business Analysis of projects associating with core and non-core system.
Candidate is also responsible to assist in testing when there is a need for new projects by communicating between vendor and/or internal department.
Key Job responsibilities:
1. Operation Initiatives & Projects
    Assist the manager to manage day to day operational aspects of a project and facilitate vendor/ISD team/project team member and user communications.
    Assist the manager to manage change control and ensure project is implemented on time and according to specifications. 2. Business System Support
    Maintenance of Core and non-Core related applications – Resolve escalated issues with Users and Vendor on defects, data errors, delivery and closure of critical System Service Request (SSR).
    Change Requests – Resolve escalated issues with Users and Vendor on requirements, delivery, payment and closure of critical Service Change Request (SCR).
    Plan, track, and follow-up the progress development and the implementation of SSR & SCR. Discuss and understand the needs of the respective Business Owners.
    Communicate and Update consistently and accurately to the Business Owners of progress and potential issues in the UAT and Operation al readiness. Escalate any potential delays or risks to the related Business Owners.
    Coordinate/perform testing for projects related to core and non-core systems and other related task when needed. 3. New Product System Readiness
    Assist the manager to execute the preparation of system readiness for new product development or variation and plan the implementation schedule within the expected timeline.
    Provide business and system inputs in business requirements and ensure all Day 1 & Day 2 SCRs are raised within agreed timeline.
    Track and follow-up Day 1 & Day 2 SCRs until closure i.e. until application fix duly tested and promoted to production environment.
    Discuss and plan resources allocation with related Business Owners. Escalate issues with Users and Vendor on business requirements and tasks not meeting timelines.
    Assist the manager to resolve conflicts and to manage and ensure all UAT issues are properly addressed and resolved Job Requirements :
    Min. degree preferably IT/Business related or equivalent
    Minimum 2 years of working practice in related field.
    practice in insurance / takaful and Operating systems (PentaTKF), e-helpline systems & other related application system or portal system is an advantage
    expertise in ISF and handling web/app related projects is a plus
    Familiar with MS Office applications, e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
    Interpersonal Skills, Creative Thinking, Effective time Management, Problem Solving, willing to put in an extra effort to support the implementation of system related.
    Good communication and inter-personal skills.
