Job Opportunity: Executive - Compensation & Benefit (C&B):

JOB DESCRIPTION

 
 
Job Summary
Responsible for providing support in the administration, implementation, analysis, and maintenance of the benefit and compensation program, while ensuring compliance to Group HR policies and Malaysia labour law
 
 
Key Responsibility
 
    Coordinate C&B processes like the annual bonus and income planning, new benefits introduction,etc
    Advises managers and employees on employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies and HR management related procedures
    handling employees' benefit-related questions and taking feedback/suggestions and prepare recommendation to the management/HR policy net
    Analyzes different components of the renumeration scheme (allowance, incentives, income structure, merit increases and etc) within the company to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
    Develop HR dashboards, metrics, templates, scorecards and conduct surveys to gain information and facilitate decision making
    Identify business challenges and use data analysis to recommned ways for management to improve employees job satisfaction/engagement and influence changes to the operations and procesess
    Prepare accurate, consistent and comprehensive reports for the Steel Division and present findings to the top management on adhoc/periodic basis
    Obtain information from internally and externally for establishing HR policies and procedure to ensure compliance with Employement Act and other statutory requriements Job Specification
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management,Mathematics or equivalent.
    Required skill (s) : Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, creativity, good commmunication expertise both written and oral (english)
    Proficient in Excel is a MUST
    Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,Chinese, English
    At least 3 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
    Full-Time position(s) available.
