Job Job responsibilities:-
    Manage everyday task and meet SLA targets
    Handle inbound and outbound calls
    Attend to inbound enquiries, request and feedback received via email and chat
    Good follow up expertise
    contact with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customer
    Enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer focusedJob Requirements:-
    Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any discipline
   Working 4 days per week. Shift hours: 8.30AM to 8.30PM or 8.30PM to 8.30AM (Rotation located on work scheduled)
    Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
    Good command of written and spoken English, expertise of other foreign languages and local dialects (Mandarin, Tamil) is an added advantage
    6 months to 1 year practice in Customer Service and/or Customer Support and/or Live Chat Support.
    Good computer expertise, especially Microsoft Words
    Good typing speed (min 40 wpm)
    Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
