JOB DESCRIPTION

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
    Candidate must possess at least a diploma in business administration / financial/ computer science / marketing / Information technology or equivalent.
    At least 1 year(s) of working practice in sales, event management or other related fields.
   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    Able to communicate effectively; English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
    Competent in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    Possess own transport
    Willing to travel
   Malaysia citizens or PR  
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
    to develop and execute our marketing strategy to grow this business arm.
    Get on the phone and build strong relationships with our customers, clients and prospects.
    Follow up with customers and seal deals to meet sales targets.
    Build key strategic relationships and partnerships with influential players in the market.
    Share a report on everyday activities with your manager, including; sales targets achieved, and number of leads generated.
    Work with your program manager to fill in the details required to execute the marketing strategy to grow the business.
    Assist with the closing sales process including; registration, processing payment, getting agreement forms signed, calculating and reporting sales figures.
    Provide support to administrative and office management activities for pre-event and post-event related activities including; administrative  paperwork, recording work-instructions, getting agreement forms together, following up on outstanding payments, documenting procedures and processes etc.
    Provide necessary support and care for the event speakers or head trainers.
    Help event coordinators gather all materials and equipment needed to set-up the event beforehand (PA/AV, testing equipment, writing materials, checklists, marketing materials, banners etc.). Join us now to grab the golden opportunity!
