Job description:


    Identify sales/ business opportunities network and/or institutional clients.
    Develop new sales initiatives to support and drive the Company’s sales performance and overall business objectives while improving profitcapability.
    Achieve Company’s overall quantitative and qualitative objectives.
    Manage, guide and motivate sales teams to achieve Company’s or/ and departmental sales goals and objectives. Cultivate cross selling among all sales teams. Provide sales training whenever necessary.
    Source and develop comprehensive network of real estate agencies as alternate sales channel to achieve sales budget whenever required.
    Understand the market trends and preferences of purchasers as to formulate sales strategies that boost sales performance.
    Provide sales analysis feedback on performance measurements, sales-trend patterns and customers’ preferences for strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
    Conduct regular market survey/ analysis relating to business competitiveness and opportunities for the Company.
    Develop, revise and ensure all sales packages/ promotional scheme are competitive and presented in conformity to approved guideline.
    Provide product briefing to internal sales team, appointed real estate agencies and panel solicitors.
    Undertake presentations and site tour to potential clients.
    Ensure fair distribution of leads to sales team and monitor sales performance by internal and external sales force.
    Ensure internal sales team are effective and efficient in sales closing and delivering customer services.
    contact with customers, solicitors & bankers and manage all sales conversion to be completed within the stipulated time frame. 
Job Requirements :
    Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    At least 5 year(s) of sales working practice in property industry.
    Computer literate.
    Good in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    Applicant must be resulted oriented.
