Job Opportunity: Customer Service Executive:

Job description:


Job responsibilities:
    In charge of sales ordering & delivering process including payment collection.
    Answer all incoming related inquiries from customers or distributors.
    Provide excellent service to our valued customers or distributors.
    Fully responsible in keeping a good record and coordinating front counter services to be offered to customers or distributors (enquiries, complaints, sales order, stock collection and etc.)
    Prepare & update everyday Sales Report, Monthly Stock Inventory Report and etc.
    Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.  
    Candidate must possess minimum SPM or above.
    Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.
    Good command of spoken and written Chinese (compulsory), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    Computer literate with keyboarding expertise.
    Required language(s): Chinese (compulsory) , English, Bahasa Malaysia.
   practice in the MLM industry will be an advantage .
    Possess good interpersonal, communication and customer servicing expertise.
    Lgain fast and comfortable with learning new products and system applications.
    Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative.
    Willing to travel anywhere especially within a specified region, whenever required
   Able to start work IMMEDIATELY / in short notice.  
Working hours: 11am - 7pm (Mon - Fri) and Alternate Sat: 11am – 5pm
