Sales Admin adjunct:

Job description:


    Do Sales & Purchase Conversion (from DO into Invoice), and ensure it’s completed within 3 working days.
    Do filing for sales invoice located on running number, avoid missing invoice.
    Do filing for purchase invoice located on supplier name & month.
    For stocks with no quantity inside the accounting system, need to check against the purchase and sales invoice to ensure both purchase and sales using the correct code.
    Help to provide amended invoice for customer and issuing SOA (Statement of Account) when it’s necessary (as instructed by Manager).  

    Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    Have basic accounting expertise. 
    At least 1 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    Willing to attend two weeks training in Singapore branch (maybe extended upon managements' dicretion)
