Job Opportunity: Customer Affairs Consultant - Johor Bahru:

Job description:


• Providing excellent customer service to assist customers with Billing, General Enquiries and Service Related feedback that come through emails to Customer Service as well as escalations from Singapore.
• To make outbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries ranging from products and services to complaints received via emails within the stipulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• To provide customers with solutions or alternatives that will ensure customers’ satisfaction without compromising business standards and practices.
• To reply to email correspondences using email templates as and when needed.
• To work with inter-departments for case resolution when required.
• To ensure performance meet stipulated KPIs at all times while delivering a consistent quality of service.
• To provide feedback on customer issues, gaps in process and procedure for further improvement.

• Obtained a "B" in English for GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ Levels or equivalent examinations (i.e SPM) with minimum 2 years of significant working practice in service industry.
• Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution, preferably with 1-year related practice in the service industry.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and is articulate in conversing through phone calls.
• Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays.
