Job description:

The Job:
    Meet the sales target and key perfomance index.
    Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
    Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
    Research and build relationships with new clients.
    Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
    Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
    Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
    Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
    Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
    Using expertise of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
    Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
    Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
    Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.  
    Must have excellent presentation expertise, capability to make sensible presentations which trigger more sales and business.
    Candidates with Lubricants or FMCG practice are preferable.
    Self-starter with capability to build team work, focusing on shared commitment to achieve high standards of performance.
    Track record of managing sales teams across multiple regions with clear and structured tools and KPIs.
    Fast learner and willing to lgain new things and think out of the box.
    Able to work under high pressure.
    Natural communicator with good organization skill.
    Can communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese Languages
    Outgoing, pleasant personality and enjoy meeting with people.
    Highly discipline and professional in carry out everyday tasks.
