Job description:


   » A) 50% - To supervise business operation agent in order to provide support to account managers in the field and to deal with customers. 
   »Main accountabilities
   » To assist and supervise the business operation agent on their everyday procedure as mentioned below and to back-up for the following areas:
   » Supporting the team to prepare simple and standard products quotations to customers and follow up on POs.
   » Sourcing, communicating and maintaining 3rd party suppliers for simple and standard products pricing.
   » Supporting to prepare Costing Sheet (CS) & WBS creation such as cost allocation, start and/or end date.
   » Update & handle issue of project code/resources including time-sheet.
   » Prepare and seek for approval for documents such as Credit Application Form, Costing Sheet, Invoice Requisition, Customer’s PO, and Supplier Quotation.
   » Acknowledge receipt date on CS/IR upon submission.
   » Update Account Manager for IR preparation.
   » Submission of document to Procurement/Billing Team.
   » Prepare documentation for new customer master/supplier registration form.
   » Provide account managers with details of customers’ orders and requests for quotations.
   » Maintain customer records, update details on customer contact details, customer request or place order.
   » Ensure all related bills and invoices are checked and verified.
   » B) 50% - To provide analysis reporting as per requested from the superior
   »Main accountabilities
   » To prepare periodic reporting as per required (weekly and monthly)Degree of independent decision-making: 
   » Act on decision that impact the sales dept and affiliate
   » 50% of independent decision can be made by this position
   » 50% of decision need to be rectified by Head of Division
   » Level of innovation and initiative:
   » Level of innovation and initiative is moderate. 
   » Degree of influence on departmental / function / NECoMAL results:
   » Moderate degree of influence.Percentage of job scope i.e. working away from the home country :
   » 100% Malaysia
   » Travel abroad for trainings, congress, seminars and meetings. 
   » Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting / Business / Economics and similar areas
   » Possess other significant professional qualification
   » Diploma holders with significant working practice are encouraged to apply
   » Required skill(s): marketing generalist (proficient level), client database mgmt (advanced level), communication (advanced level), cost consciousness (proficient level), problem solving expertise, Business Intelligence and Analytics (proficient level).
   » Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
   » Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
   » Full-Time position(s) available. 
Work practice
   » Have at least 2-5 years of practice in a similar capacity.
   » Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese is an added advantage.
   » Computer literate. Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint with good business plan writing expertise
   » Aggressive/Results-Oriented, Self-Starter, Customer Focus, High Integrity, Confident, Strong Networking expertise, Team Player, Analytical, Flexible, Adaptive, Proactive, Interactive, Accountable, Resourceful and Trusted Change Agent. NEC Corporation of Malaysia Sdn Bhd
