Job Opportunity: Personal Banker Walk in Interview @ RHB Bank Subang Jaya Regional Office:

Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Job responsibilities:
   » Promote and professionally sell a wide variety of retail products to existing and potential customers, engage in cross selling of other RHB’s products located on customer needs
   »Products: ASN Variable Price, ASB, Cards (Credit and Debit), Personal Loan, Deposits/ CASA & Islamic products
   »Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch targets
   » Acquire and forge relationships with customers with the objective of generating revenue
   » Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self generated leads
   » Set appointments, carry-out sales call visits where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers
   » Maintain regular contact with existing customers to develop relationship 
Requirements:
   » Minimum 1 year of working practice in banking sales background with proven track record
   » Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably a Degree holder in any field
   »Candidate with full Insurance (i.e. PCEIA General, PCEIA Life, CEILI, TBE) and UT licenses (i.e. CUTE, PRS) will have an added advantage
   » Pleasant personality with excellent verbal & written communication expertise
   » Proactive team player but able to work independently
   » Enthusiastic towards achievement of targets
   » candidates should be Malaysian citizens or hold significant residence status
   » Mandarin speaking candidates are encourage to apply
