About the function
We seek highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Specialist SAP SD/MM (Sales Distribution / Materials Management). 
The SAP Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivery of detailed design, build, testing and deployment of all projects, change and incidents related to SAP Marketing ensuring the solution will meet the business requirements and in line with applicable BHP Billiton technology standards

Key Accountabilities  
    Deliver detailed design, build, testing and deployment and governance within the assigned SAP Projects, change and incidents, working with the release managers and project managers with agreed quality and timelines.
    Performs business process design, functional configuration, modification, and testing tasks involving for SAP Marketing.
    Participate in testing and deployment activities during a release (including End-to-End testing, system integration testing and UAT, defining testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team members), proactively identifying issues and risks all over all stages of the change and project lifecycle.
    Assist Principal SAP Marketing / PI to understand the cross functional impacts of the CRs.
    Participate in the planning and execution of releases to SAP production environments. Subject Matter Special Skills:
    Recognised as having strong knowledge within SAP Marketing. Review design options and make recommendations for choice of design, which are fit for propose and in line with BHP Billiton standards
    Support the business stakeholders to ensure they are appropriately translated to solutions that fulfil those business requirements. Perform necessary configurations in the significant SAP Marketing modules to facilitate designated processes / transaction flows and integration between other functional areas.
    Understand cross-functional integration issues, and work with other team leads to develop appropriate solutions.
    Provide input to the Centre Support team in developing and maintaining SAP training solutions for the business that are aligned to the architecture and requirements of SAP Marketing. Blueprint Integrity:
    Responsible for the continuing maintenance of all Blueprints within SAP Marketing. Governance:
    Ensure all proposed functional requirements, enhancements, incidents and projects follow Technology architecture standards, GLD’s, Estimate reviews, SOX adherence.
    Ensure and maintain the operational integrity of the SAP marketing solution.
    Proactively highlight any risks/issue in SAP Marketing to Principal SAP Marketing / PI and/or Team Lead. Culture & Engagement:
    Develop, plan and maintain own work assignments and support team members to achieve project and delivery commitments.
    Coach and mentor junior members of the team.
    Maintain high levels of energy, enthusiasm and drive to support a positive working culture.
    Engage with internal stakeholders in technology and business stakeholders, on business requirements, scope review, planning and scheduling of CRs, projects.
    Commits to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development, as well as BHP Billiton's Charter and Code of Conduct. 
About You
    Bachelor or Master’s degree in a significant field practice & Technical Competencies
    Five (5) to Ten (10) years of post-qualification practice within SAP Marketing working in a multinational organization or consulting organisation, specializing in design and configuration of significant SAP Marketing modules.
    Expert knowledge of SAP Process, design and configuration practice in at least 2 or more of the following areas required: Freight Management, IS-Oil, IS-Mining, F&A Pricing, TSW, SD, MM, and LE.
    Minimum three (3) full life cycle implementation of significant SAP Marketing modules required.
    capability to work effectively in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment, collaborating with other team members.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills; capability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains knowledge.
    capability to enforce structure and discipline but remain flexible to situational priorities and make timely decisions. Other requirements
    Fluency in English is required
