Job Opportunity: Human Resource cum Admin Associate:

Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities:
    Assist in handling day-to-day HR business by performing a range of HR support activities and responsible for general office support functions tasks
    Conduct all administrative day-to-day compensation and benefits activities
    Monitor leaves of absence and assure that mandatory benefits/insurance coverage are coordinated
    Generate, manage and maintain employment contracts, certificates and personnel files
    Perform leave and attendance management
    Assist in recruitment process from job advertisement posting, pre-screening and interview arrangement
    Keep forms and database information for employment process up to date
    Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees
    Coordinate and managery trainings for employees
    Coordinate and conduct the general orientation process for new and transferred employees
    Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
    supervise office administration functions (asset management, maintenance and services)
    Any other ad-hoc task(s) allocated by management from time to time  
Job Requirements:
    Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
    Required Required languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
    At least 2 years of working practice in related field is required for this position
    Able to multi-tasks and work independently with positive working attitude
