Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY function RESPONSIBILITIES
    Evaluates competitor compensation and benefits packages, creating policies and procedures, monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data  integrity, and managing third-party HR vendor resources.
    Responsible for accurate data collection and analysis, as well as maintaining accurate employee records.
    Manages the team of compensate & benefit professionals to implement and administer benefits program and practices.
    Responsible for evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of changes and improvements in benefits program.
    Responsible for vendor management through reviewing reports, conducting performance meetings, and ensuring compliance with plan provisions.
    Serves as a subject matter expert and a point of contact to the CEO, Head of Human Resources and the management team.
    Interprets local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices and modifies company policy and practice to maintain compliance with government  regulations.
    Leads the procurement and administration of the company’s compensation management system.
    Monitors compensation trends and reviews market data to benchmark compensation structures.
    Provides consultation, guidance, and support to HR partners and managers on compensation-related issues, such as market analysis, databases, and developing written/oral presentations
BASIC QUALIFICATION
 
Essential
Bachelor's degree and minimum fifteen (15) years of significant practice or equivalent combination of education and practice is required.
