Job description:


Job responsibilities:
    Responsible for conducting product demonstration and training programs. Carry out formal presentation of products with training aids available as and when required.
    Arrange a documented program of visits to all potential customers in their allocated area. To expand company sales by executing sales strategies and action plans in order to achieve sales target and after sales services.
    practice and able to go in to the Operating Theatre (OT) to guide and assist surgeons or nurses to operate our medical surgical devices in the field of Nerve Monitoring, ENT, Spine and Neurosurgery.
    To initiate, assist and participate in product demonstrations and introduction or conduct training for specialists, nurses, patients, distributor’s sales team and other significant audience.
    Assess customer needs, explain and demonstrate products that will involve providing technical description of products, as well as describing the purposes for which they may used.
    To assist in installation and commissioning of any demonstration equipment (where possible) on order to attain an order.
    Report to employer on the feedback on the marketing and demonstration of assigned products. Be aware of competitive products and pricing in order to maximize sales opportunities.
    Assist the Department Manager/Product Manager in managing and coordinating communication and promotional programmes to enhance the company’s profile in the market for the range of product under coverage. Monitor and solicit feedback on marketing program effectiveness and propose and take appropriate corrective action.
    Reviewing own application performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; gaining a clear knowledge of customers' businesses and requirements; feeding future buying trends back to employers.
    Responsible for sales and establish positive business rapport by maintaining and servicing existing customers, including developing and sourcing for new customers.
    Assist in follow up for collection of payment. 
    Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Medical Science,  Biomed Engineering. Studied Human Anatomy and muscular system.
    Preferable those candidates with minimum 3 years practice in Healthcare/ Operation Theater. practice in neuro-monitoring would be added advantage.
    capability to persuade and influence others. capability to develop and deliver presentations.
    Must be willing to travel and possess own vehicle.
    capability to work with minimum supervision.
