Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Job responsibilities:
   » To provide training to employess on company products & professional customer service skill. 
   » To maintain high quality of customer service by conducting QA audits , providing coaching and analyzing employees' performance/result.
   »Improve employees' expertise, productivity, performance and quality of work.   
A) Training Responsibilities
   » To design training materials and to make corrections in existing training materials(when required).
   » To provide training to new hired staffs.
   » To design training program and improving them, when necessary.
   » To schedule and conduct seminars & assessments.
   » To track and analyse employees' assessment performance.
   » To prepare performance and confirmation report of new hired employees.  
B) Quality Assurance Responsibilities
   » To monitor inbound and outbound all clients` communication channels according to the QA
template.
   » To verify customer service results by measuring expertise in use of product expertise, service
capability, greeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close
of communication channels.
   » To provide feedback and coaching to support on timely basis.
   » To work with Training Manager to evaluate and recommend alternative methods of
chat/email/call monitoring.
   » To use all available reports to compile and track performance at department, team and team
member level.
   » To prepare and analyze internal quality reports to QA Leader/Manager.
   » To Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses. 
Job Requirements:
   » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
   »At least 3-5 year(s) of working practice in revelant field and position. 
   »Preferably Senior Executives with strong problem solving, communication & coaching skill , specializing in Quality Assurance and Training or equivalent.
   » Willing to be located in Ampang Park, Kuala Lumpur. 
   »Full time positions available.
