Job Details :
Position : Service Coordinator / Planner (Oil & Gas Background)
Working Days : Monday – Friday
Working Time : 8 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Working Location : Nu Tower 2, Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration : 1 year contract (highly renewable)

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
    Mandatory SAP everyday transaction in terms setup booking project/services up to 56 orders per quarter. Mainly SAP production – P31 ( Enterprise Resource planning ERP Production). T Codes such as CJ20N, VA01, VA02, CJE0 etc..
    Communication Channel for customer PO & LARI Surveys.
    Resource planning for Field engineers schedule and ensure proper documentation center to meet quality and timely. Leverage use of Service Max
    Controllership: Revenue Recognition and Billing
    Support Quarterly Business Audits and Collection of AR.
    Commercial BOND: Require local support for managing Performance Bond, Warranty Bond trigger and physical presence to customer procurement team for meeting & delivery etc... Requirements
    Minimum 3 years working practice in a Service Coordinator / Planner   environment is required.
    Prefer background from Oil & Gas, Engineering or Petrochemical
    practice in using SAP is a must
    capability to work independently with good discipline and positive work attitude.
    Must be computer literate and able to create spread sheets and reports.
    Excellent communication skills in English
