Job Opportunity: Order Processing Executive (Immediate Hiring):

Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Job responsibilities:
    Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers
    Attend all incoming customer enquiries, complaints, quotations and order confirmations by phone, email in professional mannerism.
    Perform follow up calls/emails to customers with pending jobs on timely basis and escalate special cases for corrective action.
    Coordinate with pricing and sales department to ensure sending price quotation to customer in a reasonable time frame and provide sales administration support on timely and accurate issue of delivery note and invoices to customers.
    Coordinate with cross function departments and interact with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of on-time delivery and service issues.
    Customer Master Data management and credit limit management together with sales and accounting.
    Coordinate with colleagues of overseas affiliated company for the direct shipment, forwarder assignment, and shipping documents.
    Handle the customer master data maintenance, orders, claims, credit notes, billing under SAP environment.
    Any adhoc tasks as assigned by manager Job Requirements:
    Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 3 years of working practice in Customer Service related practice in international company and hands-on practice in sales order handling/processing/organizing projects/problems solving
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Sales Order Processing
    Required language(s) to interact with English and Mandarin speaking customers and stakeholders: English and Mandarin
    Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
    Demonstrate analytical, planning and decision making expertise
    Good time management expertise, customer focused and able to handle difficult situations
    Able to work with minimal supervisionThe working location will be around PJ area.
