Job Offer: Commercial Control Manager-SCED - (190004EQ):

Job description:


Business partnering with the Shoppers & Consumers Engagement Department (SCED) Manager in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sampling and Events Operations, provides timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders in order to support decision making, and drive compliance and control in the SCED unit.

Your key responsibilities are :

Budget and control of sampling and events costs & CIB on Sampling Vans
   » Prepare budget in discussion with stakeholders in line with overall direction and planned activities
   » Monitor actual spend VS budget to ensure no over-spending
   » identify improvement area to optimise spend Reporting & Analysis
   » Prepare analytical reports as required for Head of SCED & National Sampling Operations Manager 
   » Provide actual VS budget reports to stakeholders including business units
   » Provide analytical reports to Business Units on the results and return of investment from Sampling & Events activities  Promotion Evaluations
   » Ensure pre and post promotional evaluations are completed according to guidelines
   » Ensure learnings are captured and shared for future improvements
   » Monitor and track promotion effectiveness and efficiency  Budget and control of MOGE
   » Prepare MOGE budget and monitor actual spend VS budget
   » Review cost structures for continuous improvement Stewardship & Governance
   » Custodian of internal controls & F&C policy guidelines
   » Conduct regular and ad hoc compliance checks to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
   » Ensure audit plans are implemented and gaps are closed

You are required to have the followings:
   » Degree in Business, Finance, Professional CIMA, ACCA
   » 5 years of practice in related field - Financial/ Management Accounting
   » leadership abilities skills
   » Self motivated, dynamic & analytical thinking
   » Stakeholders management
   » SAP savvy
Other attributes that We are seeking for :
   » Able to work as part of an extended team to draw issues to quick resolution
   » Flexible style to interact accross functions and levels in the business
   » Able to face 'conflict' situations and remain calm despite pressure
