We are seeking to hire a few positions within our  HR Services team :
HR Master Data Analyst
    Update employee records accurately and on a timely manner in SAP system
    Ensure all processed data are reviewed accordingly and perform 100% master data checking to ensure accurate data are reported
    Monitor and manage tickets everyday by ensuring that all requests are being ticketed by Service Desk accordingly
    Ensure that follow up tickets are attended timely and tagged according to the guideline resulting in shortest resolution time and zero re-open tickets
    Manage internal customer expectations by attending and processing customer enquiries and request
    Ensure all issues are captured in the Quality Management System (QMS) accurately in conformity to the QMS guideline on a timely manner Mobility & Employee Services Analyst
    Help desk for all employee related enquiries.
    Support Regional or Global Transfer by executing and coordinating Mobility related process steps and tasks.
    Update and maintenance of Mobility related data for delegates in Global Tramis and SAP HR system.
    Partnership with SIRVA to coordinate and execute data updates, expenses/ payment incurred and delegates' movement services.
    Support Regional Recruitment by executing/ coordinating Recruitment related process steps and tasks.
    Resolve Taleo system related request where applicable to execute testing in staging system to confirm the solution.
    Perform system and functional test for any change request and system version upgrades and ensure no impact to the existing functionality of Taleo system and to the user. Learning Management Analyst
    Process training and learning related master data requests, user inquiries, workflow task in system in compliance with the service level offering located on Standard Operating Procedure and mutually agreed with the Local Companies.
    Provide administrative support in organizing, monitoring, tracking, pre-training and post-training support.
    Update information on training programs, participants training records and vendor record management in system. Provide onsite support on training event organization as and when required.
    Work closely with Learning & Development Team in country or in region to ensure knowledge and execution of all training and learning related service requests are adhere to BASC HRS processes and procedures, and are aligned with BASC standard scope of services.If the following describes you, you are the person we’re looking to meet!
