Our client, a leading organization in Asia is seeking for qualified candidate for the position of Customer Service Executive.
Job responsibilities:
   » Answer inbound calls from the customers.
   » Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
   » Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
   » Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
   » Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction. 
   » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any field.
   » practice in Customer Service/ Call Centre would be an added advantage.
   »Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
   »Able to work on weekends and night shift.
   »Customer service oriented.
   » Strong problem serving skills.
   » Passion in growing career in customer service.
   » Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
