JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
    Overall management of car rental branches operations with top and bottom line responsibilities.
    To formulate and implement effective business strategies to enhance branches’ operation and efficiency.
    To formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales penetration.
    To develop and manage the sales pipeline by identifying key target clients and stakeholders.
    To ensure all internal controls and processes are adhered by all branches 
Job Requirements
    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    Candidate should be encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead. Eager to expand branch with new accounts, clients, and businesses.
    Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
    Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
    At least 4 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
    Candidate is required to work at KLIA. 
    Full-Time position(s) available.
