JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Digi Customer Service Executive
Job employment Type: 1-Year Contract (renewable located on performance)
Working Job location: Shah Alam

 
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
    Professionally and accurately handling inbound calls from customer pertaining to the company products and services’ enquiries and complaints
    Responsible for keeping abreast of the product expertise, marketing campaigns, systems, processes and technology content displays
    Internal training will be provided 
Requirements:
    SPM / Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1-year working practice in customer service or related industries
    Fresh graduates without working practice are encouraged to apply
    Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
    capability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
    Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal expertise
    Independent, positive attitude and highly motivated
    MUST be able to work in rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
    Able to start immediately or with short notice is an added advantage
    MUST be willing work in Shah Alam 
income PACKAGE:
    RM 1,800 – 2,000 (Basic Pay)
    RM 500 (Language Allowance)
    RM 500 (Shift & Transportation Allowances)
    RM 100 (Phone Line Subsidy)
