JOB DESCRIPTION

       RESPONSIBILITIES
    Assume the country manager function to lead and be responsible for the commercial growth and well-being of Malaysia office.
    supervise all aspects of projects including the following:
    Planning and scheduling of resources.
    Budgeting and monitoring of progress and status.
    Risk analysis management.
    Troubleshoot problems and issues.
    Liaison with external customers and internal stakeholders.
    Collaborate with local and regional HR teams for the office matters such as facilities, equipment, supplies, licensing, logistics, security, insurance.
    Responsible for all regular and adhoc operational reports as and when required.
    Conduct regular reviews with respective service providers and stakeholders to achieve a well-balanced optimization of quality, service and cost effectiveness while meeting business needs.
    Provide constant feedback to the team including performance appraisals.
    Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.         REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
    At least 5 years of significant work practice in leading the country’s business through areas of project and office management.
    Strong time management, project management and organization expertise.
    Good communication (in English) and interpersonal expertise with customer-oriented mindset.
    Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
    Possess a high level of integrity & discretion.
    Self-driven personality and team player.
    Proficient in MS Office applications.
