JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
    Uphold service standards by answering customers enquiries effectively, managing challenging situations/customers and ensuring prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality
    Identify and drive process improvements, to ensure excellence in customer practice, timely delivery of services, optimum productivity and effective management of resources
    contact with internal stakeholders and follow up with external customers to resolve issues/requests. Requirements
    1 - 3 years of significant working practice preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    Customer centric / Strong customer service mindset
    Good team player with commitment and initiative with availability to step into a leadership abilities function
    Independent and resourceful, and able to work under pressure
    Desire to help others with patience and empathy
    Meticulous, well organised and with capability to analyse and solve problems
    Able to multi-task and effectively manage time
    Willing to work on 24/7 rotation shift, public holidays and able to work on changing schedule
