Job Offer: Finance Manager (Melaka):

Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

    supervise the overall Finance and Accounts operational work of the Company which include ensuring timely submission of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements to Management and Holding Company, preparation of payments and monitoring of collections.
    Co-ordinate and ensure that all activities in the month end close process are performed in conformity to the prescribed checklist.
    Supervise the subordinate's day to day work to ensure work delivery and manages the quality of work performed by the team.
    Ensure that all reporting deliverables are accurately prepared and analysed on monthly basis. Ensure that any discrepancies and/or errors are identified with the remedial/rectification action and resolutions for review.
    Handle agents' commissions and incentive payments, including checking, reviewing and preparation of annual agent earnings statements.
    Handle and verify branches' quarterly and annual incentives calculation before payments are processed for approval.
    Handle on annual and periodical tax compliance work.
    Participate and assist actively on all work automation and new ERP works and working closely with the team and superior.
    Carry out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by superior or management.
    Preparation of annual budget to ensure accurate annual budget and budget revision, working in close liaison with the various divisions and Branch Head.
    Providing continuous training to subordinates & branch support staff on smooth operation of operational work, improvements & efficiencies.
    Handle treasury matter such as weekly fund transfer and banking related matters including opening of bank accounts, application of merchant facilities and etc. 
Job Appropriate qualifications:-
    Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
    At least 3 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
    Good in Microsoft Office.
    Full-Time position(s) available.
