JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Position: Sales Executive (Property/ Real Estate Industry)
advantages: Basic RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 + Commission
 
Job Responsibilities
• Achieve completed sales target within a specific time period.
• Ensure excellent after sales services.
• Select and monitor sales channels on their performance.
• Ensure Sales gallery and show house in good condition and visitors are adequately served.
• Create public consciousness and increase demand / market shares.
• Manage, attend, conduct sales activities during the events.
• Monitor and analyse market trends and conduct market surveys.

Job Position: Marketing Executive (Property/ Real Estate Industry)
advantages: Basic RM 2,500 - RM 4,500

 
Job Job responsibilities:
Create Marketing plans in order to generate property sales.
To reach out to current and potential customers in order to return direct sales by way of advertising, promotional, and direct marketing.
Work closely with an organization's executives and sales team, providing them with an in-depth knowledge of marketing trends, new marketing strategies, and on-going campaigns.
Perform broad market research so as to make informed decisions and seek out new and emerging market trends
Work with advertising agencies and the media so as to reach their marketing objectives, manage budgets, and work with a company's marketing staff and creative team to develop marketing campaigns.
Good knowledge of latest property trend.
 
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in marketing, business administration or significant discipline.
High level of creativity and top-tier professionalism.
The candidate must have a pulse on the latest property development trends.
Candidate must be willing to work at Stulang Laut.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Languages : Chinese, English,Malay
 
    Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
    Required skill(s): MS Office.
    Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
    At least 1 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    candidates must be willing to work in Senai/ Kulai.
    Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
    Full-Time position(s) available.
