WAREHOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Senai, Johor

 
What does a Warehouse Customer Service Executive job description include?
 
    Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operation by initiating coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personal policies and procedures.
    Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirement by study existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions including ‘bonded warehouse’.
    Handles Customer’s complaint and ensure recovery action is taken promptly and appropriately
    contact with clients, supplier and transporter on operation coordination.
    Continuous review on procedures, processes and system in achieving an optimum quality and efficiency.
    Good rapport with customers to create more business opportunity for the Company.
    Provide weekly & monthly reports to customers.
    Assist with or perform in administrative tasks.  
Key expertise and qualifications of a Warehouse Customer Service Executive:
 
    Candidate shall possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation/Business Management or equivalent.
    At least 3 year(s) of working practice in Warehouse Logistics Service Provider environment would be preferred.
    Handle and manage  ‘bonded warehouse’  with 3 years’ practice.
    Excellent and strong communication skill, spoken and written in Bahasa and English.
    leadership abilities and interpersonal skill.
    Excellent and strong problem-solving skill.
    Adept with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
    Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

And starting from 20 employees in small town Kota Tinggi,Johor, we now have more than 200 employees and drivers and 7 offices in Malaysia and Singapore. A lot has changed since the first LBL truck appeared. But some things haven’t changed: our commitment and our belief in delivering our purpose of " Making Every Delivery Safe For People".
