functionS & RESPONSIBILITIES
   » To rent and inspect vacant apartments, and assess charges to renters after a check-out inspection.
   » To serve as a liaison between residents and 3rd parties in regards to the maintenance of the premises.
   » To report, coordinate and allocate maintenance work orders.
   » To assist the students with accommodation.
   » To contact with other departments to ensure that student accommodation is of an appropriate standard and quality.
   » To respond to critical or emergency situations. Assurance of adequate emergency and duty coverage for the area.
   » To maintain accurate records consistent with current policies.
   » To manage and report occupancy and related housing procedures.
   » To develop, implement and administer all students' indoor and outdoor activities.
   » To review facility requests and to authorise the use of outdoor areas of campus, determine security, health and safety, insurance and permit requirements for facilities usage.
   » To prepare and provide post-activity reports when necessary.
   » To make student ID cards for all new students.
   » To assist with developing appropriate student information on welfare services available.
   » To organise and manage the students' personal files.
   » To be the hub of student information to all departments.
   » To be involved in the student induction and orientation as and when required.
   » To participate in fairs, student social activities and another informative events as required.
expertise AND QUALIFICATIONS
   » Education Qualification: Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
   » Having a good grasp in the significant field of work with good administrative expertise along with communication expertise.
   » Good command of both English and Malay.
   » A driver's license is required, and having a transport will be an added advantage.
