Job Description

Job responsibilities:
   » Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoice, checks etc
   » To assist in everyday office administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters
   » Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
   » Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
   » to execute general clerical tasks & tasks
   » Responsible for any assigned general job
   » To carry any other tasks, responsibilities and assignment wherever required
Requirements:
   » Candidate must possess at least SPM
   » Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
   » Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill
   » Required languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
   » Able to work independently
   » Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
   » Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
