Job DescriptionWe are pursuing a skilled and proactive Project Site Technician to join our team. The prosperous candidate will play a crucial functionin the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic automation systems within various supply chain environments. this function demands strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring seamless operations.What you have to do: » Responsible of the entire project management lifecycle. Create the project process strategy and engage in negotiations with clients and internal stakeholders. » Providing onsite technical support during system integration, commissioning, and startup phases. Identifying and covering safety and environmental concerns to engineers, project managers, and customers. » Preparing technical reports, documentation, and manuals related to projects. » supervise and assist junior colleagues in managing project risks, and guarantee that the project is completed in conformity with the project's milestones. » Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables. » Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders. » Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and other implementation-related tasks. » Willing to travel - Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Mainland China » Candidate with less practice will be considered as Project adjunct/adjunct Project manager. What you need to have: » Candidates must be possess at least Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, Information Technology or related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. » Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Information technology is good to have proficiency in other languages. » A minimum of 1 year of proven project management practice. Being adept at WMS, AutoCAD, or other Information technology infrastructure is advantageous. » Familiar with warehouse management or solution design in logistics, 3PL, automation and related fields will be advantage. » Detail-oriented and has the capcapability to execute multi-tasking, project planning, active reporting,practice in working directly with clients and with strong communication and negotiation skills » Candidates must be Initiative, proactive and positive attitude to work independently and as a team.
