Job DescriptionOur client, an established company in telecommunication industry is seeking new account manager to expand their market share into their service offerings.Job scope: » Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales. » Conduct market research to generate new leads and potential partners. » Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. » Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. » Responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. » Responsible for Key account management and business development. » Review business performance and to identify risk and opportunity of the brand. » Maintain customer relationship, provide total solution and extend business network. » Collaborate with internal departments to ensure execution of sales plans and client satisfaction. » Provide regular updates and reports on progress and results.
