Working closely with the Senior Manager, your responsibilities will primarily revolve around designing, implementing, and evaluating various learning and talent development programs. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing employee engagement and bolstering our our company's brand as an employer of choice.Job responsibilities: » Assist in the design and implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee expertise and capabilities. » Coordinate training logistics, such as scheduling sessions, booking venues and managing training resources. » Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback analysis, assessment results and performance metrics. » Manage the HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) funds. » Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives. » Assist in crafting compelling employer branding content for internal and external communication channels, including social media, career portals and company website.
